National Vocations Awareness Week

The Australian Catholic Bishops' Conference dedicates the first week in August as National Vocations Awareness Week. Its purpose is to promote vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life through prayer and support for those discerning such vocations. The Week this year coincides with the feasts of Saints John Vianney (4 August), Patron Saint of Priests, and Mary of the Cross MacKillop (8 August), Australia’s first saint. Please pray for vocations.
