Charitable Works Fund (CWF) Appeal - 30 Nov & 1 Dec

The 2nd CWF Appeal for 2024-2025 will be held next weekend. CWF supports six Archdiocesan works: Aboriginal Catholic Ministry, Catholic Care, Chaplaincies (prisons, hospitals and universities), Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (Scripture in State Schools), The Ephpheta Centre (ministry to people with hearing impairment) and the Seminary of the Good Shepherd. Each parish is levied according to a formula based on socio-economic status, assets, income and Mass attendances. All Saints Parish levy has increased substantially from $13800 per annum ($4600 each appeal) last financial year to $45600 per annum ($15200 each appeal) this year, due mainly to increased revenue from interest, rent and a substantial special donation. The Parish must make up shortfalls between the levy and the appeal collection from operating funds. The more raised from the appeals, the better. Donations of $2 and over are tax deductible. Masses in All Saints' church are: 7am 8am (Italian), 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1pm, 6pm (Polish) and  7.30pm. Masses at  All Saints Catholic College  will be at  9am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) and  12.30pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .

Christmas Mass times Christmas Eve – Tuesday 24 December: 6pm (Family Mass), 8pm, 9.30pm (Polish) & Midnight (carols from 11.30pm). Christmas Day – Wednesday 25 December: 7am, 8.15am (Italian), 9.30am, 11am & 6.30pm (Polish). No 5pm English Mass.
