Christian Initiation of Adults - Rite for Entrance into the Catechumenate


Twelve enquirers take the next step in their Christian Initiation of Adults journey into the Catholic faith during the 5pm Vigil Mass this weekend. Ry-Monica Chom, Danial Fardon, Sourivong Khampha and Selin Phimphrachanh are accepted into the Order of Catechumens (not baptized). Ogochukwe Eze, Joanne Kopelani, Johanna Lafferte and Seluini Lavulo Mau join them as Candidates (baptised in a non-Catholic tradition). Please pray for them.

Masses in All Saints' church are: 7am 8am (Italian), 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1pm, 6pm (Polish) and  7.30pm. Masses at  All Saints Catholic College  will be at  9am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) and  12.30pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .

Christmas Day – Wednesday 25 December: 7am, 8.15am (Italian), 9.30am, 11am & 6.30pm (Polish). No 5pm English Mass.
