Fr Joseph Armah appointed Assistant Priest
Archbishop Anthony Fisher OP has appointed Fr Joseph Armah Assistant Priest of All Saints Liverpool and St Therese Sadleir Miller. He be-gins his appointment this Tuesday, 4 March. He writes:
I grew up in Kengen, Ghana, a small coastal community on the Atlantic Ocean. Like generations before him, my fa-ther was a fisherman. Instead of following family tradition, I became a “fisher of men”. I entered St Paul’s Seminary in 1992 and was ordained priest in December 2001. I served in several parish-es and as a high school tutor and chaplain. I have been on secondment to the Armidale Diocese NSW since 2014, most recently as Parish Priest of St. Andrew's Wee Waa. I completed a master’s degree in counselling and am researching mental health among migrants. I look forward to walking with you, praying together, growing in faith and building a strong, loving parish community. Please keep me in your prayers as I keep you in mine.
