Alpha begins this Thursday, 19 June, 7pm– 9pm in the Hall. While its primary focus is those with little or no knowledge of Christianity, Alpha is also effective in renewing faith in people who are active in the Church and their commu-nities. It is a key missionary strategy at All Saints. Al-pha has been transforming lives for almost 50 years.

Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .
