Mass Intentions for deceased loved ones

Offering Masses for deceased loved ones is a venerable Catholic tradition. The Parish process for such of-ferings is to fill out an envelope marked Please Offer Holy Mass, available from the church racks. Print the deceased’s name on the envelope clearly. Completed envelopes with any enclosed donation are submitted to the Parish Office during office hours or through the postal slot in the Office door after hours. Do not give envelopes to priests. Recently deceased names are published in the Sunday Bulletin and included in the Prayer of the Faithful for two consecutive weeks. Death anniversaries are published once in the Bulletin, as near to the date requested as possible. Mass intentions are offered by local clergy as far as possible. Intentions that cannot be offered by local clergy are forwarded to the Scalabrini Fathers.
