National Vocations Awareness Week


This Sunday marks the end of National Vocations Awareness Week. The Australian Catholic Bishops' Conference allocates the first week in August to this important theme. Its purpose is to promote vocations to the priesthood and consecrated life through prayer and support for those discerning such vocations. Please pray for all who are discerning the call to the permanent diaconate, priesthood or religious life and for those who continue to live out this vocation.

Masses in All Saints' church are: 7am 8am (Italian), 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1pm, 6pm (Polish) and  7.30pm. Masses at  All Saints Catholic College  will be at  9am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) and  12.30pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .

Christmas Mass times Christmas Eve – Tuesday 24 December: 6pm (Family Mass), 8pm, 9.30pm (Polish) & Midnight (carols from 11.30pm). Christmas Day – Wednesday 25 December: 7am, 8.15am (Italian), 9.30am, 11am & 6.30pm (Polish). No 5pm English Mass.
