Prayers for the Sisters of St. Joseph

I ask for your prayers for the 29th General Chapter of our Sisters of St Joseph congregation, which begins with Mass this Sunday. General Chapters are held every six years, during which we discern our direction and elect a new Congregational Leader and team. This Chapter runs from 1 – 22 October, with the theme, Daring to be Trans-formed. With thanks, Sr Anne Martin rsj.

Masses in All Saints' church are: 7am 8am (Italian), 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1pm, 6pm (Polish) and  7.30pm. Masses at  All Saints Catholic College  will be at  9am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) and  12.30pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .

Christmas Mass times Christmas Eve – Tuesday 24 December: 6pm (Family Mass), 8pm, 9.30pm (Polish) & Midnight (carols from 11.30pm). Christmas Day – Wednesday 25 December: 7am, 8.15am (Italian), 9.30am, 11am & 6.30pm (Polish). No 5pm English Mass.
