RCIA Rite of Acceptance

15 enquirers take the next step in their Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) journey in the Catholic faith this weekend. Kirstie Craven, Breeze Morrison, Kevin Nellems and Jennifer Parkes during 5pm Vigil Mass and Kathryn Minotte, Chatchanok Stevens and David Stevens during 7am Mass enter the Order of Catechumens (to be baptised). Mele Maea, Ulalei Matavao, Justin McSweeney, Mark Riding, Shastin Stewart, Ryan Thompson, Sione Tongia and Ngoc Vu become Candidates (baptized in another Christian tradition) during the Vigil Mass. Please pray for them, their sponsors and the RCIA Team.

Masses in All Saints' church are: 7am 8am (Italian), 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1pm, 6pm (Polish) and  7.30pm. Masses at  All Saints Catholic College  will be at  9am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) and  12.30pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a  day of fasting and abstinence (no meat) . Catholics  18 – 59 are bound to fast . Catholics  older than 13 are bound to abstain .

The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary this Friday, 15 August is a Holy Day of Obligation. Masses are at: 7:30pm        Vigil (Thursday evening), 7:00am, 9:15am        with ASCC K-Year 4 , 1:00pm, 6:00pm         Polish. Masses for All Saints College will be celebrated at 9:00am        Casula campus 11:45am      Liverpool campus, Years 5-10 . Please note: there will be NO 7.30pm Friday Mass.
