Taizé Prayer Evening


A Lenten Taizé Prayer Evening will be held at 7.30pm on Wednesday, 25 March in Loreto Place. A light supper will follow. Taizé is a quiet, meditative form of prayer in a peaceful candlelit set-ting, It incorporates Lenten scriptures and reflections and the beautiful Taizé chants. Ash Wednesday Masses in All Saints church: 7:00 am 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1:00 pm 6:00 pm (Polish) 7.30 pm. Masses at All Saints Catholic College: 9:00 am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) 12.5 0pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a day of fasting and abstinence (no meat). Catholics aged 18 to 59 are bound to fast and older than 13, to abstain.
