Week of Prayer for Christian Unity—17-24 May


The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity is held between the Solemnities of the Ascension and Pentecost in the southern hemisphere (18-25 January in the northern hemisphere). The 2026 theme is: There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling” (Eph 4:4). The Church calls us to pray for unity with other Christian Churches and to do whatever we can to promote real unity with them.

Ash Wednesday — 18 Mar

Ash Wednesday Masses in All Saints church: 7:00 am 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1:00 pm 6:00 pm (Polish) 7.30 pm. Masses at All Saints Catholic College: 9:00 am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) 12.5 0pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a day of fasting and abstinence (no meat). Catholics aged 18 to 59 are bound to fast and older than 13, to abstain.
