World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly—26 July

The late Pope Francis introduced World Day of Grandparents and the Elderly in 2021, to be celebrated annually on the 4th Sunday in July. It is associated with the Feast Day of Our Lady’s parents, Ss Joachim and Anne on 26 July. The theme for 2026, I will never forget you (Isa 49:15), highlights God’s unconditional fidelity to God’s people, especially the elderly, many of who feel alone and even forgotten. Morning tea will be held in the Hall after the 9.30am and 11am Masses on Sunday, 26 July.

Ash Wednesday — 18 Mar

Ash Wednesday Masses in All Saints church: 7:00 am 9.15am (with ASCC K-Yr 4), 1:00 pm 6:00 pm (Polish) 7.30 pm. Masses at All Saints Catholic College: 9:00 am (Yrs 5-10 – Liverpool campus) 12.5 0pm (Yrs 11-12 – Casula campus). Ash Wednesday (like Good Friday) is a day of fasting and abstinence (no meat). Catholics aged 18 to 59 are bound to fast and older than 13, to abstain.
