World Day of Migrants and Refugees—27 Oct


This Sunday is the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees. The commemoration is held on the last Sunday of September. It highlights the challenges for people forced to flee their homelands or choosing to do so for a better life. The Catholic faithful are asked to pray for them, welcome them into our communities, support them in other ways and to acknowledge the opportunities that migration offers.
